Commissioned by the municipal administration, ASNOVA Bureau acted as the Prime Consultant for the comprehensive design of a modern 2-story early childhood educational institution accommodating 135 spaces.

The facility features a dedicated basement level for integrated mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) infrastructure and support facilities. The architectural massing incorporates a combined multi-level roofline with elevations ranging from 7.2 to 9.4 meters. Distinct, structurally expressive facade projections were engineered to maximize natural daylighting (insolation) within the primary playrooms and nap areas.

To optimize egress logistics, separate secure entrance groups equipped with weather-protected vestibules are positioned around the building perimeter. The ground floor layout comprises four independent group zones (15 children each) featuring direct outdoor access, a commercial-grade catering kitchen, and a comprehensive healthcare block (medical room, isolation ward, reception, and specialized sanitation unit).

The second floor features five additional group zones, a multi-functional gymnasium and music hall, administrative offices, and specialized classrooms for extracurricular activities. The surrounding site layout integrates private outdoor play areas equipped with sheltered pavilions (canopies).
