The interior concept embraces minimalist lines, avoiding over-complicated elements. Structural framing, ceiling beams, utilities, and skylights were seamlessly integrated using high-end drywall finishes to minimize harsh angles and bulkheads, maximizing the open-concept feel.

The Master Bedroom: Positioned to offer complete privacy from the main living areas, the attic bedroom serves as a quiet, cozy retreat. The design involved a comprehensive engineering overhaul of the building envelope's thermal and acoustic insulation systems to guarantee year-round comfort.

The Living & Entertainment Area: Moving away from traditional layouts, the living room is elevated to the loft level, turning the sloped-roof space into a private lounge and entertainment hub with panoramic views of the night city skyline.

The Children’s Room: Exploiting a child's natural fascination with high spaces, the attic nursery creates an imaginative, multi-level world for younger kids or an inspiring, private studio for a teenager.

The En-Suite Bathroom: A highly unconventional bathroom layout that required meticulous mechanical and plumbing (MEP) engineering. To address the elevated humidity and temperature fluctuations inherent to attic bathrooms, the team integrated advanced waterproofing and high-performance thermal barriers within the roof envelope.

Architectural Lighting & Illumination: The unique configuration of the penthouse required a tailored lighting strategy.
