This waterfront revitalization project showcases ASNOVA's expertise in large-scale landscape architecture and sustainable urban development. The primary objective was to transform a natural shoreline into a vibrant, highly functional public space while protecting and integrating the sensitive coastal ecosystem.
The project master plan introduces dedicated zones for active recreation, leisure, and community gatherings. A comprehensive pedestrian and bicycle pathway network seamlessly connects the waterfront with the surrounding urban infrastructure.
By utilizing eco-friendly materials, native plant landscaping, and energy-efficient lighting design, the bureau successfully delivered a modern community landmark that enhances both the urban realm and the local quality of life.
