
The objective of this project phase focuses on a comprehensive urban context analysis and the strategic zoning optimization for the development of a major municipal district.
The high-density development integrates four multi-family residential towers ranging from 16 to 22 stories, a multi-level parkade structure, an early childhood education facility (kindergarten), and built-in main-floor commercial retail units (CRUs). The architectural layout forms a semi-enclosed, pedestrian-only interior courtyard, achieving a strict "car-free zone" safety standard.
The core principle of the architectural concept centers on extending the city's central urban core, unlocking new opportunities for commercial business activity, civic public realms, and premium-grade livable housing.
