Two iconic 16-story residential towers serve as the primary visual landmarks of this architectural composition. Their strategic orientation within the complex optimizes view corridors for the residents, delivering unobstructed panoramic city views while establishing a premium identity for the entire urban block.

Along the perimeter streets, ASNOVA's architects integrated a mid-rise 6-story building featuring built-in commercial spaces and an attached retail shopping center. A comprehensive underground parking facility was designed to fully accommodate the residents' personal transportation needs.

These design solutions shape a secure, pedestrian-first, "car-free" courtyard with private community infrastructure—essential elements for modern premium living.
