The primary objective of this municipal project is the master planning of a new waterfront residential district on the Black Sea coast. The complex is strategically divided into two construction phases, incorporating an extensive waterfront recreational zone with dedicated wellness, sports, and leisure infrastructure for residents.

Phase 1 introduces a cluster of premium, low-rise (5-story) residential buildings designed around open-concept courtyards.

Phase 2 expands into the central and northern sectors, completing the urban block with mid-rise residential buildings integrated with commercial ground floors and standalone social infrastructure.

This smart layout enables highly efficient, phased construction management, aligning architectural milestones with strategic investment deployment.
