This low-rise residential development is located in the immediate suburbs, designed with a comprehensive site layout that maximizes courtyard spaces. The architectural orientation optimizes natural daylight (insolation) for both children's playgrounds and communal recreational areas.

The project delivers highly efficient interior layouts for standard apartments, complemented by premium penthouses on the upper floors.

Designed as a fully self-sustaining community, this compact development consists of two 8-story buildings integrated with a built-in sports and wellness center. To ensure reliable, autonomous operations, ASNOVA's engineering team integrated a series of independent, custom MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) infrastructure systems.
